## Description

* Fachliche Führung bestehend aus 10 Mitarbeitenden und 2 Teamleitern
 * Verantwortung für den stabilen, sicheren und effizienten Betrieb der IT-Infrastruktur und IT-Services
 * Übergreifende Steuerung der ITIL-Prozesse
 * Konsolidierung und Zentralisierung von IT-Services, um lokale IT-Insellösungen zu reduzieren
 * Strategische Planung, Steuerung und Umsetzung von IT-Operations- und IT-Infrastruktur-Projekten
 * Standardisierung und Modernisierung der IT-Landschaft
 * Verantwortung für Transformationsprojekte (z.B. Cloud-Migration, Security Hardening, Automatisierung)
 * Sicherstellen einer klaren Kommunikation zwischen IT-Betrieb, IT-Projekten und Business Teams
 * Präsentation von IT-Projekten, Service Berichten und KPIs für das Management
 * Beschaffung von Hardware und Software für den Bereich Operations & Projects
