## Description

Als IT Administrator und Systembetreuer sind Sie gemeinsam mit Ihren Teamkollegen für die Funktionalität der IT in allen ÖWD Niederlassungen verantwortlich:

 * Betrieb und Ausbau von Core Services wie Netzwerk, Server, Storage und Virtualisierung
 * Weiterentwicklung und Betreuung der Workplace Services und Softwareverteilung, Office 365 & Azure Services, der Core ERP-Systeme und branchenspezifischer digitaler Workflowlösungen
 * Übernahme technischer Verantwortung für definierte Services
 * Überwachung und Optimierung der IT-Sicherheit und des Monitorings unserer Systeme
 * Validierung von Einsatzmöglichkeiten der KI und IT-Automatisierung
 * Einführung neuer IT-Prozesse und Unterstützung im IT-Einkauf
 * Technische und konzeptionelle Unterstützung sowie laufende Technologieevaluierung
 * Leitung und Mitarbeit von und bei IT-Projekten fachlich und kommunikativ
 * Unterstützung deiner Kollegen im IT-Support und der IT-Dokumentation
