Personal Attributes * Strong team player with a collaborative mindset. * Proactive, solution-oriented, and able to work independently. * Customer-focused with excellent communication skills. * Creative thinker with a continuous improvement mindset. * Ability to manage priorities effectively in a dynamic environment. * Fluent German and English language skills, both written and spoken. ## Description Serve as a trusted point of contact for customers using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management (F&SCM) and Microsoft Dynamics AX, handling requests professionally and ensuring effective solutions are delivered. Manage support tickets and change requests in a structured and efficient manner, maintaining focus on scope, budget, timelines, and quality. Support multiple enterprise customers and ensure a high level of service, responsiveness, and customer satisfaction. Act as a key interface between customers and internal teams through strong communication, active listening, and a customer-centric mindset. Identify opportunities for system enhancements and additional services based on customer needs and business objectives. Develop and optimize workflows, data entities, reports, forms, and customizations using X++ and other D365 F&SCM technologies. Utilize modern development tools and platforms, including source control, application lifecycle management, and AI-assisted development tools.
