## About the Role

* Bachelor's in IT, Engineering, or related field
 * 5+ years of IT/OT support experience in regulated environments
 * Experience with industrial IT systems, SCADA/PLC, and lab software
 * Networking knowledge (VLAN, Firewall, Routing)
 * ITIL process knowledge; ServiceNow/Remedy ticketing
 * Database Troubleshooting Experience MSSQL
 * Available for onsite support and 24/7 on-call rotation
 * Fluency in German and English (both written and spoken) is essential.
 * Candidate must declare Criminal Record no older than 3 months.

## Description

* Onsite IT/OT support including break/fix for thin clients, IPCs, handhelds, and lab equipment
 * Local hands-and-feet support for global IT teams
 * Troubleshooting automation and production systems (PLC, SCADA, OT networks)
 * Support for software upgrades, patching, and backups in lab/OT environments
 * Incident, problem, and change management (ITIL-based)
 * Compliance with CSV, GxP, and data integrity procedures
 * Participation in disaster recovery and business continuity planning
