 * Analyse von technischen Störungen sowie Einleitung geeigneter Maßnahmen zur Problemlösung
 * Unterstützung bei der Beschaffung, Installation und dem Betrieb von IT-Hardware
 * Organisation und Nachverfolgung von Reparaturprozessen im Hardwarebereich
 * Annahme und Bearbeitung von Supportanfragen über die zentrale Servicehotline (First-Level-Support)
 * Unterstützung der Nutzer bei der Anwendung von IT-Systemen und Softwarelösungen
