## Description

The Senior Solutions Engineer will be responsible for delivering technical leadership and hands-on development across multiple modernization and enhancement efforts., + Strong development experience in Curam, AWS, J2EE and new technologies.

 + Lead the design of solutions to support various Medicaid initiatives to ensure it is scalable, reusable, and compliant with federal and state guidelines.

 + Possess strong knowledge of Medicaid Eligibility and hands-on implementation experience with large Medicaid programs.

 + Provide accurate effort estimates and detailed project plans for development initiatives, enhancements, and modernization work.

 + Support development of new technical solutions as the program moves into application modernization, including the use of:

 + AWS-based tools

 + Automated processing of paper application forms

 + API development using Dell Boomi, MuleSoft, and similar integration platforms

 + Low-code/no-code tools for responsive user interface development

 + Facilitate communication between program, policy, and technical teams to reduce misunderstandings and rework.

 + Recommend and support optimization strategies to improve system responsiveness, throughput, and overall user experience.
