## Description

We're looking for a to help design and build modern, intuitive web applications supporting mission-critical systems. This is a unique opportunity to combine to transform complex tools into seamless, user-friendly solutions.

If you enjoy solving hard problems, simplifying complexity, and building clean, elegant interfaces-this role is for you.

This role is HYBRID and can report to Annapolis Junction, Md., Reston, Va., or Washington, DC.

 * Evaluate existing applications and identify usability improvements
 * Translate complex requirements into
 * Conduct user research and usability testing to drive design decisions

 * Develop responsive web applications using
 * Create clean, maintainable code with
 * Integrate applications with APIs and backend services

 * Organize complex data into clear navigation and structures
 * Design layouts that make information easy to find and use

 * Build and maintain reusable UI components in
 * Ensure consistency across all products and interfaces

 * Design and build interfaces compliant with

 * Work within Agile/Scrum environments
 * Contribute to user stories, documentation, and sprint delivery

In this role, you'll directly impact how users interact with complex systems:
