This leadership role is accountable for driving technical sales strategy, developing world-class presales talent, and partnering closely with account leadership to accelerate business growth and strengthen executive-level customer relationships. The successful candidate will combine deep networking and telecommunications expertise with exceptional leadership, business acumen, and customer engagement skills. You will serve as the senior technical leader, ensuring our systems engineering team delivers differentiated customer outcomes through innovative networking, security, AI-driven networking, cloud, and infrastructure solutions. Working closely with Sales Leadership, Product Management, Services, Channel Partners, and Executive Stakeholders, you will develop and execute technical account strategies, support large and complex opportunities, and foster a high-performance culture that enables growth and customer success. Presales & Technical Strategy * Lead technical sales engagements for complex, multi-domain networking and infrastructure opportunities. * Guide solution architecture, technical validation, demonstrations, proof-of-concepts, and competitive positioning efforts. * Ensure technical resources are aligned to priority opportunities and customer objectives. * Drive solution-selling methodologies that connect technical capabilities to measurable business outcomes. * Collaborate with product and engineering teams to address customer requirements and influence product direction.
