Each member of our team is involved in consulting with stakeholders and other teams, designing, implementing, and supporting these solutions. We need a software engineer with a passion for engaging with people and making their jobs easier through technology. The role will be embedded in a multi-disciplinary and self-organising agile software engineering team but day-to-day priorities and delivery direction come from the CRIMS technology team, whose focus is on the systems and workflows that underpin the trading lifecycle. You will build, test, and maintain solutions across the CRIMS platform and its surrounding data and integration landscape, reducing manual and operational overhead through automation and tooling. You'll play a direct role in the organisation's journey to transform how we work with AI - building the tooling and automation that helps our team lead by example.
