Preferred Qualifications * Experience supporting enterprise or government software development programs. * Familiarity with Navy or DoD IT environments and onpremise systems. * Experience using Agile tools such as Jira or similar for backlog and sprint tracking. Physical Requirements: * Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer * Must be able to lift 10-15 pounds at times. ## Description The Scrum Master supports Agile delivery for the Enterprise Military Housing (eMH) application by facilitating Scrum practices and helping the team apply Agile principles effectively within a Navy onpremise environment. This position focuses on enabling team execution through facilitation, transparency, and continuous improvement rather than organizational transformation. The Scrum Master works closely with the Release Managers, development, and test teams to ensure Scrum ceremonies are effective, impediments are identified and resolved, and sprint goals are achieved. This role supports a complex, enterprise application while adhering to DoD security, compliance, and process requirements.
