* You have an educational level that corresponds to completed university studies in (business) information technology, (business) engineering, mathematics or physics, or you have comparable practical experience
 * You have successfully built several PHP backends in mid to large scale software projects
 * Solid understanding of APIs, databases and messaging brokers and familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker
 * You have the drive to continuously develop both yourself and your team further in order to become a little bit better every day
 * You embrace AI-driven development and utilize modern AI tools to increase your efficiency so you can focus on problem-solving and high-quality output within a fast-paced environment.
