We are looking for a Lead Data Scientist / Analytics Engineer with high stakeholder management skills to create actionable customer insights, identify new revenue opportunities, improve execution on strategies utilising data and further develop or analytical platform., * Work closely with our most important stakeholders, understand their needs, capture requirements and conduct workshops with them. * Functional leadership of the area software engineering and ML/AI to strengthen the team in the area. * Utilise data analytics to build analytics products so our stakeholders can make important strategic decisions, grow income, improve operational efficiency and develop Nordea's product offering. * Identify business opportunities (e.g. sales leads, merchant intelligence opportunities, etc) utilising internal and external data. * Apply data science techniques such as statistical modelling, machine learning and Artificial Intelligence. * Be responsible for the development of our technical analytical platform to make it fit for purpose for Data Science. * Support and collaborate closely with other team members., We learn and develop.
