Ability to work weekends and evenings as needed. Program service hours 8am to 8pm Monday through Thursday., * High School Diploma or Equivalent (Associates degree preferred) * Bilingual (Spanish) preferred EXPERIENCE: 1-year NTAEL Intake specialist preferred and/or Adult Education and Literacy experience SPECIAL KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS: * Working knowledge of the Texas Educating Adults Management System (TEAMS). * Excellent communication and computer skills, profi cient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet, and social media platforms. * Ability to balance team and individual responsibilities, demonstrating a spirit of teamwork and commitment. * Professionalism in approaching others, reacting well under pressure, treating others with respect and consideration, accepting responsibilities, and following through with commitments. * Ability to work under pressure and within tight time frames. * Ability to work in a busy environment with numerous interruptions. * Ability to prioritize tasks to ensure desired outcomes. * Willingness to work occasional weekends and evenings. Mental Demands/Physical Demands/Environmental Factors: Tools and Equipment Used: Standard office equipment including personal computer and peripherals Posture: Prolonged sitting; occasional bending/stooping, pushing/pulling, and twisting Motion: Repetitive hand motions including frequent keyboarding and use of mouse; occasional reaching Lifting: Occasional light lifting and carrying (less than 15 pounds) Environment: May work prolonged or irregular hours; occasional districtwide and statewide travel Mental Demands: Work with frequent interruptions; maintain emotional control under stress ## Description PRIMARY PURPOSE: The Lead Intake and Data Specialist plays a critical role in ensuring the success of our students, staff , and the overall program. This administrative support position encompasses a range of duties that adapt to the evolving needs of the program, including assisting the supervisor in training and managing Intake and Data staff .
