They possess a strong attention to detail, a commitment to data quality, and the ability to transform complex aerial imagery and lidar datasets into accurate, client-ready mapping and engineering products., * Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Geomatics, Surveying, Geography, GIS, Engineering Technology, Remote Sensing, or a related field. * Experience with UAS operations and aerial data acquisition. * Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD Civil 3D, MicroStation, or similar platforms. * Experience processing aerial lidar and photogrammetric datasets. * Familiarity with orthophoto creation, point cloud processing, surface modeling, and geospatial data management. * Strong understanding of coordinate systems, projections, datums, and geospatial accuracy standards. * FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificate (or ability to obtain). * Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills., * Experience with software such as TerraScan, LP360, Global Mapper, Pix4D, DJI Terra, Trimble Business Center, ArcGIS, or Bentley/OpenRoads products. * Knowledge of land surveying principles and topographic mapping standards. * Experience with 3D modeling, digital twins, corridor mapping, or infrastructure inspection projects. * Familiarity with scripting or automation tools to improve processing efficiency Equal employment opportunity, including veterans and individuals with disabilities. ## Description The UAS & Geospatial Data Specialist is responsible for planning, executing, processing, and delivering geospatial data products derived from Unmanned Aircraft Systems (UAS), aerial lidar, and digital imagery collection platforms. This role combines planning, data processing, CAD integration, and final product development to support surveying, engineering, mapping, infrastructure, and asset management projects.
