This is a unique opportunity to sit at the crossroads of technology, learning innovation, and talent development-partnering closely with our global L&D teams, HR, and IT to enhance how learning is designed, delivered, and experienced. In this role, you'll help shape the digital strategy behind Lutron University (LU)-ensuring that every employee enjoys a seamless, engaging learning experience. You'll support the implementation and management of our learning platforms, the design of high-impact digital content, and bring scalable solutions that elevate learning across the organization.
