* Gather business requirements

 * Document requirements and solutions

 * Write technical specifications

 * Code, test, and implement software modules

 * Review code and test results of other programmers

 * Create physical database work tables and temporary tables and indexes

 * Coordinate and conduct Unit, System and Stress testing
