## About the Role

* Hands-on experience with Palantir AIP or similar AI-enabled analytics platforms preferred
 * Background in data science, predictive modeling, or decision analytics preferred
 * Experience briefing senior DoD leaders preferred

 * Bachelor's Degree (B.A. or B.S.) in any field

 * Palantir AI Certification (required)

 * Active/current Top Secret (TS) clearance on Day 1 of performance
 * Ability to obtain and maintain TS/SCI and TS/SCI with Caveats
 * U.S. Citizenship required

 * Ability to work 100% on-site within a Government SCIF during core duty hours
 * CONUS travel may be required (coordinated with the Government at least 10 calendar days prior)
 * OCONUS travel may be required (e.g., EUCOM/PACOM AOR support; coordinated at least 20 calendar days prior, with Theater Business Clearances)
 * Local travel within the National Capital Region may be required
 * Trip and After-Action Reports are required following each trip
 * May be required to move equipment/files weighing up to 50 pounds
 * May require sedentary work at least 50% of the time
 * Reports to a physical location which occasionally requires the ability to traverse between buildings
 * Ability to manage stress with a high degree of maturity/professionalism
 * Demonstrated critical thinking and leadership skills and the ability to work well with others
 * Effective verbal and written communication skills

## Description

* Interface directly with senior leaders and capability providers on Mission Assurance risk and decision-support matters
 * Prepare tasking packages, staffing materials, and decision-support products
 * Provide risk-mitigation analysis, Courses of Action (COAs), and return-on-investment (ROI)-based decision modeling
 * Support the application of AI/ML techniques to extract insights from Mission Assurance assessment data and stakeholder documentation
 * Support analytical workflow enablement and sustainment of dashboards, monitoring views, and decision-support products
 * Additional duties as assigned
