Requires 10 years of experience in Software Development and Engineering Technology. Requires 8 years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering. Additionally Requires 5 years of experience in each of the following: * Guiding teams, influencing technical decisions, and driving process improvements in software development and support, as well as automation and reliability engineering environments. * Mentoring others, overseeing project delivery, establishing best practices, and effectively communicating with stakeholders to align technology initiatives with business goals. Requires 3 years of experience in each of the following: * Executive Presentation for the purpose of facilitating decision making, communicating status, and aligning executive stakeholders on strategy for Site Reliability Engineering (SRE). * Strategic Planning and Implementation involving SRE support best practices, process improvement, and operations excellence, as well as strategic planning and implementation on the development of solutions. Pre-employment background check and drug screening required. ## Description Duties: Lead multiple large teams driving stability, reliability, automation, security and performance improvement for key IT and business platforms, and solutions. Partner with multiple IT areas in the enterprise and multiple business and IT executive leaders. Implement new/updated programs or large-scale projects for the function and support technical/operational procedures and processes, and implement strategic plans, drives goals and objectives, and improves performance. Provides input into functions strategy. Own stability, reliability, automation and performance improvement across application security services, critical application platforms including cloud and cloud enablement, as well as digital applications across multiple Humana business areas including Core Insurance and CenterWell. Partner with key business and IT stakeholders including IT SVP's for effective application solutions, security and platform enablement with world class user and member experience. Lead application operational excellence while advancing modernization and cloud transformation.
