Preferred Requirements: * Strong knowledge of internal combustion engines, engine testing protocols, test bench operation, and emissions testing. * Familiarity with industry standards (e.g., ISO, ASTM, EPA) and regulatory requirements. * Proficient in data analysis tools and quality software (e.g., Minitab, SAP-QM, LabVIEW, Influx, AVL tools, etc.). * Experience with failure mode analysis, 8D problem solving, FMEA, and control plan creation * Strong leadership and communication skills. * Ability to maintain a structured approach in potentially high-pressure environments. Work Environment: While performing tasks for this position, the employee is regularly requested to perform work on a computer inside and outside of the work environment. Also, the employee will be occasionally requested to come in contact with wet environmental conditions. Finally, the employee will frequently hear noise while performing task in the work environment. Specific vision requirements for this position include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, ability to adjust focus and employee must have the ability to see in color.
