## Description

The Senior Systems Analyst serves as a critical link between business stakeholders and IT teams. This role is ideal for a strong analytical thinker who excels at troubleshooting system issues, understanding how applications and integrations work together, and translating business needs into clear technical requirements-without hands-on coding.

Systems Analysis & Support

 * Troubleshoot production and system issues, identifying root causes and recommending solutions
 * Analyze system integrations, APIs, and data flows across platforms
Cross-Functional Collaboration

 * Partner with business users, developers, QA teams, and product owners
 * Facilitate clear communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders
Requirements & Documentation

 * Translate business needs into detailed technical requirements and user stories
 * Develop process flows, system documentation, and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
Product & System Enhancements

 * Support updates to insurance products, with a focus on annuities
 * Assist in configuring and designing changes within policy administration systems
 * Collaborate with external vendors on system updates and enhancements
Testing & User Support

 * Participate in functional testing and validation of system changes
 * Provide support to end users and address system-related inquiries
