## About the Role

This is a CTO position where you will lead both technology and organization as a core management team member. With a highly skilled team currently consisting of four full-time engineers, you will experience the thrill of scaling both the product and the organization from the ground up. You will be deeply involved in executive-level technical decision-making, from formulating technical strategies and designing product architectures to building an AI-native framework.

*** Tools Used ***

 - Frontend: TypeScript, React, Chakra UI

 - Backend: Kotlin (Ktor), PostgreSQL, Redis

 - Infrastructure: Google Cloud (primarily Cloud Run)

 - Other: Generative AI (e.g., Claude)

 * Minimum Requirements

 - Experience as a technical leader such as CTO, VPoE, or EM.

 - Full-stack development experience in SaaS/Web products.

 - Experience in product development collaborating with PdMs and designers.

 - Experience in recruitment and organizational development within an engineering team.

 * Preferred Qualifications

 - Experience developing BtoB SaaS products.

 - Frontend development experience using React and TypeScript.

 - Cloud infrastructure design experience with GCP or AWS.

 - Experience developing products utilizing AI/LLMs.
