## About the Role

Do you have experience in Software development?, * 5+ years as Product Owner (or similar), with proven delivery of impactful features

 * Experience in cross-functional environments; Agile certification is a plus
 * Strong stakeholder management, communication & leadership skills
 * Customer- and outcome-driven mindset, with data/KPI-based prioritisation
 * Solid understanding of software development & technical concepts
 * Proactive, high ownership, comfortable with ambiguity
 * Fluent in English and German, both spoken and written (min Level B2)
 * Willingness to travel occasionally (<15%)

## Description

* Drive end-to-end delivery of customer-focused features with measurable business value
 * Own and prioritise a strategic, value-driven backlog aligned with product goals
 * Act as a cross-functional leader, managing dependencies and removing blockers
 * Lead Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Review, Retro) and ensure clear priorities
 * Manage stakeholders, set expectations, and balance competing demands
 * Make confident trade-off decisions under uncertainty
 * Ensure high quality through clear acceptance criteria and strong Definition of Done
 * Use data and KPIs to prioritise work and measure impact
 * Continuously improve delivery and refine backlog based on insights
 * Mentor team members and contribute to a strong product culture
