## Description

Als Junior Systemadministrator:in übernimmst du eine zentrale Rolle in unserem IT-Team und verantwortest dabei ein breites Aufgabenspektrum:

 * Jira Administration: Pflege, Anpassung und Verwaltung unseres Jira-Systems
 * Vertragsverwaltung: Unterstützung bei der Betreuung und Verwaltung von IT- und Netzwerkverträgen
 * Telekommunikation & Netzwerk: Mitarbeit bei der Administration und Weiterentwicklung unserer Netzwerk- und TK-Infrastruktur
 * IT-Logistik: Organisation und Versand von Hardware an Mitarbeiter:innen und Studierende
 * Image-Verwaltung: Mitwirkung bei der Erstellung, Pflege und Weiterentwicklung von System-Images für unsere Hardware-Setups (Windows/Linux)
 * Asset Management: Verantwortlich für die Pflege und Nachverfolgung unserer Hardware im Tool snipeit.io
 * IT-Support: Unterstützung der Kolleg:innen bei technischen Problemen - lösungsorientiert und hands-on
 * Cloud-Administration: Junior-Level-Support bei der Administration von Cloud-Umgebungen (AWS, Azure, GCP, Google Workspace)
 * Cyber-Sicherheit: Mitwirkung bei der Planung und Administration von Sicherheitsmaßnahmen für Website, Nutzerkonten und Server
