The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise, hands-on network engineering experience, and the ability to support enterprise-level infrastructure within secure environments. What We Are Looking For: Education & Experience Pathways Candidates must meet one of the following qualification combinations: Option 1 - Master's Degree Pathway * A Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Assurance, Information Security Systems Engineering, or a related discipline from an accredited college or university. Option 2 - Bachelor's Degree + Experience * A Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management, or a related field. * PLUS an additional two (2) years of relevant network engineering experience, for a total of eight (8) years. Option 3 - Experience + Industry Certification * In lieu of a Master's or Bachelor's degree: + An additional six (6) years of Network Engineering experience + AND at least one industry-recognized certification such as: o Arista Configuration Essentials o Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) o Juniper Certification Tracks (Automation & DevOps, Cloud, Data Center, Design, Enterprise Routing & Switching, Junos Security, Service Provider Routing & Switching) + For a total of twelve (12) years of experience. Certifications * An Information Assurance Technical (IAT) Level I baseline certification (as defined by DoD 8570.01-M) is required, or the ability to obtain it within the first 6 months of employment. Experience Requirements * A minimum of six (6) years of relevant professional experience providing Network Engineering support. * Experience delivering training aligned with network engineering principles and curriculum.
