This role leads the engineering teams responsible for strategic front-office and middle-office platforms supporting trade capture, lifecycle management, pricing, regulatory reporting, and controls across the equity derivatives business. The position spans a broad set of trading businesses, including Flow Derivatives, Delta One, Equity Finance & Futures, Convertibles, Structured Products, and OTC Derivatives. This is a highly hands-on engineering leadership role for a manager who actively architects, designs, reviews, and guides the implementation of complex platforms. You will drive modernization efforts across cloud, distributed computing, data platforms, and AI-enabled engineering practices while partnering closely with traders, quants, operations, risk, and technology teams to deliver scalable, resilient, and business-critical solutions.
