## About the Role

+ 3-6 years of Business Analyst experience, preferably in Financial Services

 + Strong experience supporting technology transformation or migration programs

 + Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

 + Experience working with data-intensive platforms in Asset Management or Investments is a plus

## Description

This role focuses on ensuring business requirements are clearly captured, documented, and translated into actionable technical specifications to support application migration, data integration, and platform transformation initiatives., + Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, and working sessions to gather and document business requirements

 + Develop current-state and future-state process maps.

 + Translate business needs into clear functional specifications for technology teams

 + Support interface design, workflow validation, and data migration activities

 + Facilitate UAT planning, execution, issue tracking, and business sign-off

 + Assess business impact of technology changes and support change management efforts

 + Develop training materials and support end users during and post-migration

 + Identify business risks, track issues, and support mitigation planning
