## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Economics, Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
 * Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
 * Experience working in an Agile environment.
 * Strong communication skills with effective writing and presentation abilities.
 * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
 * Basic knowledge of statistical analysis and data manipulation tools such as Python, R, or SQL.
 * SAS programming skills are a plus.
 * Experience with Dataiku Data Science Workbench is an advantage.

## Description

We are seeking a motivated Associate Data Scientist to join RHB Banking Group. In this role, you will apply advanced analytics methods to solve business problems, generate actionable insights, and support data-driven decision-making across the organization. You will work closely with business units to deliver high-quality analytics solutions and contribute to the development of future analytics capabilities.

What You Will Be Doing

 * Assess applicability of advanced analytics methods for business topics.
 * Build methodologies and conduct advanced analytics to address business problems.
 * Generate actionable business insights from analytics outputs.
 * Execute advanced analytics projects and provide ad hoc analyses to business units.
 * Pilot advanced analytics methods, tools, and platforms.
 * Design, develop, and execute analytical algorithms, techniques, and statistical methods to solve business requirements.
 * Ensure timely delivery of analysis and proactively manage delays or issues.
 * Maintain high quality and accuracy in all deliverables.
 * Support business continuity of analytics deliverables.
 * Understand the implications of advanced analytics methodologies and assist in defining solutions for future business needs.
