Technical Expertise: * Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft technologies (e.g., AD, Office 365). * Proficiency in managing, observing & monitoring endpoint management platforms. * Solid understanding of CRM solutions. * Deep expertise in office networks. * Experience with incident management, problem resolution. * Knowledge of ISO27001 (access control and identity management, incident response, endpoint security, network security, application security, data protection and encryption). Nice to Have: * Experience with configuring SASE solutions. * Familiarity with network detection and response systems. * ITIL/COBIT/CITM/CGEIT/CISSP certification. ## Description Join us as a Senior IT Support Engineer, and lead the evolution of our back-office architecture and day-to-day operations. Your efforts will directly impact the day-to-day operations, security, and performance of our back-office architecture, supporting critical services and systems., The Role: As a Senior IT Support Engineer, you will oversee the design, implementation, and management of our back-office technologies, including hardware, software, networks and systems. You'll provide both strategic direction and hands-on guidance, ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our systems. This role combines technical expertise with stakeholder management.
