## About the Role

+ High School Diploma or GED required.

 + Bachelor's degree preferred.

 + Experience with Windows Server (2016 or later) and/or Linux server administration.

 + Familiarity with Cisco routers and switches, including basic configuration, troubleshooting, and cable installation.

 + Willingness to learn Cisco Software-Defined Architecture (SDA).

 + Knowledge of Windows Active Directory and ADFS.

 + Experience with VMware vSphere.

 + Experience supporting Android and iOS devices, including smartphones and tablets.

 + Experience with Microsoft Office 365.

 + Experience with SharePoint.

 + Experience supporting Windows desktops, PCs, printers, and office automation technologies.

 + Experience with handheld scanners and imaging devices.

 + Manufacturing automation experience (such as control systems or PLCs) is preferred but not required.

 + PowerShell scripting experience is preferred but not required.

 + Strong technical troubleshooting and IT support skills.

## Description

We are seeking a Manufacturing IT Support Engineer to provide technical support for manufacturing IT infrastructure, applications, and end-user systems in a multi-shift production environment. This role involves troubleshooting technical issues, supporting infrastructure and business applications, maintaining documentation, and collaborating with cross-functional IT teams to ensure system reliability and operational efficiency., + Provide technical support for IT applications, infrastructure, operating systems, and end-user productivity tools.

 + Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues.

 + Support physical and virtual server environments running Windows and Linux.

 + Maintain and support network equipment in a Cisco environment.

 + Assist with incident resolution, issue triage, and business continuity activities.

 + Collaborate with internal IT teams to prioritize improvements and resolve technical issues.

 + Support deployment and maintenance of manufacturing technology solutions and connected devices.

 + Maintain accurate technical documentation and support procedures.

 + Assist with workload management and assigned IT operational tasks.

 + Support a multi-shift manufacturing environment, including flexible hours and weekend support when required.
