* Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
 * 3-5+ years of hands-on experience administering Microsoft 365, Intune, Azure, and Entra ID in a production environment
 * Strong PowerShell scripting skills for automation and administration
 * Demonstrated experience with conditional access, identity security, and device compliance management
 * Experience designing or supporting Power Platform solutions
 * Strong troubleshooting skills with complex, cross-platform issues
 * Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
 * Ability to work independently, prioritize competing demands, and lead technical initiatives
