## Description

As a Sr Software Engineer , You will:

 * Champion engineering standards and best practices across design, development, automated testing, CI/CD, and documentation.
 * Develop cloud-native microservices and modern event-driven solutions, including data lake and analytics platforms.
 * Automate cloud infrastructure provisioning on Azure/GCP using Infrastructure as Code.
 * Adopt and influence industry best practices and emerging technologies to drive innovation.
 * Collaborate with product teams and vendors to design, develop, and deploy cloud services that meet customer expectations.
 * Work in globally distributed teams to deliver robust, cloud-centric solutions.
 * Support deployments twice a month, ensuring smooth delivery with offset hours.
 * Engage in Agile practices as part of an 8-10 person scrum team, balancing CCaaS wave delivery.
 * Review and analyze multi-faceted, long-term engineering challenges requiring evaluation of multiple factors, including unprecedented scenarios.
