## Description

Looking for a motivated and talented candidate who is passionate about delivering high quality software. The MATLAB Online Quality Engineering team is responsible for validating back-end services and customer-facing online applications. The team ensures that cloud-hosted offerings are fully qualified and integrate well, meeting functional and non-functional requirements.

Responsibilities

 + Develop collaborative, downstream, and workflow level test strategies adhering to industry best-practices including contract testing and test pyramid compliance

 + Design and develop test tooling and automation to support qualification of microservices and online offerings

 + Leverage data (observability, bug reports, test metrics, etc.) to improve quality of our products by analyzing root cause and developing deep and lasting counter-measures to prevent high-impact issues.

 + Consult with teams to identify opportunities to improve test automation to improve the speed and confidence of our releases.
