## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field with 8+ years of relevant experience or a Master's degree with 6+ years of prior experience.\n
 * SAFe 6 Experience/ Knowledge of AI-Native SAFe.\n
 * SAFe 6 Leading SAFe certification.\n
 * SAFe 6 Scrum Master certification.\n
 * SAFe 6 DevOps certification.\n
 * Significant knowledge of DevSecOps methodology, security, and cloud environments.\n
 * Understanding of sound software development principles and practices. Knowledge and experience with DevSecOps principles are a must.\n
 * Experience with version control systems such as Git or Subversion.\n
 * Experience working as a Team Coach, Scrum Master within the SAFe Framework.\n
 * Experience with Kanban/Continuous Flow.\n
 * Understanding of Extreme Programming principles.\n
 * Ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing.\n
 * Active Secret Clearance.\n
 * US citizenship required.\n, * Knowledge of or experience with AI-assisted coding (Claude Code, Codex etc.).\n
 * Knowledge of or experience with microservices and cloud-based environments.\n
 * Knowledge of or experience with Terraform / Ansible.\n

## Description

Leidos is seeking a
Scrum Master to directly support the Chief Engineer and Agile Coach across technical execution, multi-cloud operations, and DevSecOps innovation for future work on the U.S. Air Force Cloud One Next (C1N) ACSS contract. In this role, as a member of a Scaled Agile software development organization, you will contribute to the technical execution of a program that integrates proven, globally deployed technologies with modern cloud-native capabilities. You will work alongside cross-functional teams and technical leaders to deliver predictable outcomes in a highly regulated, safety-critical environment.
