The ideal candidate will have strong experience in enterprise integration, API-first and event-driven architectures, and cloud and a proven ability to lead end-to-end delivery from design through build, test, deployment, and post go-live., * 10+ years of IT experience with 5+ years as a Solution Architect or Senior Technical Lead. * Proven delivery across full lifecycle: design, build, test, and go live. * Hands-on experience with API gateways (Apigee preferred) and event-driven systems such as Solace, Kafka, or MQ. * Secure, PII-aware architecture design including data masking/unmasking and encryption in transit and at rest. * AI/ML integration experience for automation, data analysis, decision support, and operational intelligence, with knowledge of model integration patterns, data needs, and governance. * Cloud experience (AWS preferred) and close collaboration with DevOps teams. * Comfort operating hands on, not limited to advisory work. * Experience with .NET preferred or Java. * Experience in hybrid onsite/offshore delivery models and migration or modernization programs.
