## Description

Overview: Insight Global is seeking a Senior OneStream Developer to join a Finance Systems & Solutions team focused on supporting and enhancing enterprise financial systems. This individual will play a key role in the ongoing development, maintenance, and optimization of the OneStream platform, partnering closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver scalable financial solutions.

The role combines project-based development work with day-to-day system support, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, implementation, and issue resolution. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, detail-oriented, and experienced translating complex business needs into technical solutions while supporting corporate users and driving continuous process improvement.

Responsibilities:

 * Provide daily support to functional users on application

 * Perform design, development, and implementation of all OneStream-related enhancements, fixes, and projects

 * Demonstrate the ability to teach/train other team members and communicate professionally with business customers

 * Demonstrate a deep understanding of the business processes related to all relevant systems

 * Demonstrate an understanding of functionality, maintenance, and support of the core financial systems

 * Serve as primary subject matter expert for design and development within OneStream

 * Design, Develop, Test, and Implement new solutions and enhancements

 * Estimate and evaluate effort for potential projects

 * Take a project through all stages of the SDLC

 * Support ad-hoc reporting and financial data requests for all divisions

 * Support UAT and other application testing during routine and unscheduled maintenance cycles, system implementations, or other integration projects. Assist with developing appropriate documentation, such as business requirements and test scripts

 * Analyze and document current business functions to identify areas for opportunity

 * Assist with the annual Finance Systems SOX review, including updating documentation and providing support for internal/external testing

 * Continuously seek opportunities for improving the financial and operational reporting processes
