## About the Role

* A degree in a technical or quantitative field, or the self-taught equivalent you can demonstrate;
 * Working knowledge of SQL and Python: not mastery, but proof you've built things with them;
 * Genuine curiosity about how data flows through a company;
 * The honesty to say "I don't know," followed immediately by the drive to find out;
 * You are fluent in English.

Preferred Skills

 * A side project, thesis, or internship involving data pipelines, databases, or cloud platforms;
 * A first taste of dbt, Databricks, Azure, or similar tools;
 * Speaking Dutch is a definite plus. French is also nice to have.

Above all, you should be the kind of person who, when something finally works, immediately wants to know why.
