1.Relevant certifications in Web Development, Javascript, or Springboot are a plus.

(event sourcing, CQRS, messaging) Build and evolve platform-level components (not just feature-specific code) Ensure solutions are reusable, scalable, and aligned with platform principles 2. API & Integration Design Design and implement robust, versioned APIs for data access and integration Ensure backward/forward compatibility and stability of API contracts Integrate with upstream and downstream systems (e.g. OnePAM ecosyste, 1. Lead and mentor technical teams in the design, development, and implementation of web applications using javascript and spring boot.

 2. Collaborate with cross functional teams to define technical requirements and provide solutions that align with business goals.
 3. Drive technical innovation by staying updated with the latest trends and technologies in web development and implementing best practices.
 4. Perform code reviews, provide technical guidance, and troubleshoot complex technical issues to ensure scalable and robust web solutions.
 5. Define technical architecture, design patterns, and coding standards for web development projects.
 6. Communicate effectively with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide project updates, and ensure technical deliverables meet quality standards.
