 * 8 ans d'expérience minimum, idéalement 10+ ans.
 * Expérience en grands groupes internationales
 * Formation supérieure (Bac+5), écoles d'ingénieurs, Anglais courant requis

## Description

En tant que Lead Backend Developer, vous serez responsable de :

 * Encadrer techniquement l'équipe backend (2 développeurs aujourd'hui, 4 à 5 à terme),
 * Participer à la conception de l'architecture technique de la plateforme,
 * Piloter la migration technologique vers une stack pérenne et scalable,
 * Garantir la qualité du code, la performance et la sécurité de l'application,
 * Travailler étroitement avec les équipes front-end, QA, PO et produit,
 * Être force de proposition sur les bonnes pratiques, outils et frameworks,
 * Accompagner la montée en compétence des développeurs,
 * Contribuer activement à la digitalisation complète du parcours patient.
 * Stack : TypeScript, Node.js, * Rejoindre un projet stratégique au sein d'un groupe en pleine structuration digitale
 * Travailler dans une équipe senior, exigeante et ambitieuse
 * Être au cœur de la construction d'une plateforme santé d'envergure nationale
 * Participer à une refonte technique complète avec impact immédiat
 * Évoluer dans un environnement stimulant, avec la possibilité de prendre en main toute une stack
