## About the Role

Vous avez au moins 3 ans d'expérience sur l'une des solutions suivantes : Adobe Campaign, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Imagino ou Braze;

 * Vous maitriser les enjeux CRM, Run de campagnes et marketing automation;
 * Vous avez des connaissances en programmation HTML et en délivrabilité;
 * Vous avez une bonne communication écrite et orale;
 * Vous avez une sensibilité data et une culture de la performance;
 * Vous parlez anglais couramment.

## Description

En tant que Consultant Senior Marketing CRM (F/H/X), vous êtes garant(e) de la mise en œuvre des campagnes emailings, push, sms pour nos clients.

Votre quotidien dépendra de votre mission client.

Vous activités pourront être :

Gestion de campagne avec ciblage ou personnalisation avancée;

 * Orchestration et coordination des campagnes, gestion des briefs;
 * Pilotage de dispositifs d'automation, trigger marketing et lifecycle;
 * Gestion de projets liés par exemple à des parcours omnicanaux, nouveau canal, programme de fidélité, migration/update d'outil de gestion de campagne;
 * Optimisation de la performance;
 * Mise en œuvre de tests de parcours client (A/B Testing, échantillonnage, temps de contact);
 * Coordination avec les équipes CRM, Créa, Data et IT;
 * Analyse des performances des campagnes;
 * Mesures d'efficacité;
 * Restitution des résultats aux clients.
