## Description

As a software engineer

All software engineers routinely:

 * Design, implement and deploy new product features
 * Review and test code written by their teammates

AI in your daily work

 * Use AI-assisted development tools (e.g. Claude, Cursor, or equivalent) as a genuine productivity lever, not just as an autocomplete
 * Critically assess AI-generated code: you know when to trust it, when to push back, and how to review it rigorously
 * Contribute to integrating AI/LLM capabilities into our products where relevant - whether that means calling an API, building a retrieval pipeline, or evaluating model outputs
 * Share learnings with your team and help shape our collective practices around AI-assisted development
 * Stay up to date with how AI tooling is evolving and bring relevant experiments to the table
