## About the Role

Je bent een engineer die verder kijkt dan het ticket. Je wilt begrijpen waarom iets gebouwd wordt en wat het de klant oplevert, en je durft daar iets van te vinden. Je hebt geen leidinggevende nodig om een technische knoop door te hakken, en je zegt het wanneer je vindt dat het anders moet.

 * Ervaring met Python en Java. Alles wat nieuw gebouwd wordt, bouwen we in Python dicht op de AI-teams die er ook in werken. Maar een groot deel van onze huidige codebase draait op Java, dus daar moet je ook mee uit de voeten kunnen.
 * Ervaring met Elasticsearch. Daar wordt bepaald welke informatie de agent te zien krijgt.
 * Ervaring met Scala of Kotlin is een pré. De ingestion-laag draait grotendeels op Scala.
 * Je komt uit SaaS, een productgedreven organisatie of een scale-up, en je gedijt bij ruimte in plaats van bij toezicht.
 * Je spreekt Nederlands, of je bent bereid het te leren. Engels is de werktaal in het team.
