Nice-to-have * Experience with card payment concepts such as settlement, tokenization, disputes and transaction monitoring. * Sales engineering or technical account management experience. * Experience communicating complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. * Knowledge of Java, Node.js, C#/.NET or Go. ## Description As a Payment Integration Specialist at ING Bank, you will be the primary technical contact for clients integrating ING's Payment Service Provider (PSP) solution into their online checkout systems. Working closely with Sales, Product and Engineering, you will guide merchant clients throughout the entire customer journey, from technical pre-sales and onboarding to Go-Live and post-implementation support. You will own the technical onboarding process, coordinate internal stakeholders, and ensure a seamless integration experience for ING's Wholesale Banking clients.
