This is a varied, hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys solving problems, working with clients, understanding complex processes, and helping turn new product ideas into real-world solutions. You will support the onboarding, configuration, and ongoing development of Finova's AI platform for mortgage intermediaries, lenders, and financial services clients. You will work closely with product, technology, client success, and commercial teams, helping clients successfully adopt our AI tools while feeding insights back into product development.
