 * Expertise across data analytics, machine learning, and business intelligence, with a strong technical foundation including SQL and cloud platforms
 * Experience delivering data-driven transformation, including self-service analytics and advanced insight capabilities
 * Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to translate data strategy into measurable business outcomes
 * Confident stakeholder management skills, with experience influencing senior leadership and cross-functional teams
 * Experience working within data governance frameworks and regulated environments is advantageous
 * Comfortable balancing strategic leadership with hands-on involvement where required

## Description

The Head of Data will:

 * Define and deliver the enterprise Data strategy aligned to commercial objectives and growth ambitions
 * Act as a key advisor to senior stakeholders, influencing how data is leveraged as a competitive advantage
 * Build, lead, and develop a multi-disciplinary team across analytics, data science, and business intelligence
 * Drive the evolution from reporting towards predictive and commercially focused insight
 * Establish and scale self-service analytics capabilities across the business
 * Lead the application of advanced analytics, machine learning, and AI to key business areas such as pricing and performance optimisation
 * Partner closely with technology teams to ensure scalable, reliable data platforms and strong data architecture
 * Own and embed data governance frameworks, improving data quality, consistency, and trust across the organisation
 * Translate complex analytical outputs into clear, actionable recommendations for senior stakeholders
