We're looking for Designers with demonstrable years' experience across UX, UI or product design, with exposure to the full design lifecycle across operational or enterprise environments. Top skills sought: Design Thinking, UX/UI design, Figma and User Journey Mapping. The role Working in a trading environment you'll need to be confident working across the lifecycle from research and ideation through to execution and developer handoff, potentially in unfamiliar or high-complexity domains You'll be planning and conducting research and usability testing, including with specialist users like traders, risk analysts or operations teams. You'll need to be comfortable facilitating sessions to help trading users, BAs and stakeholders clarify complex problems in high-pressure and time-sensitive contexts.
