## Description

As a Technical Support Engineer, you'll play a key role in delivering high-quality technical support across the UK. You'll work closely with both internal teams and external customers, helping to solve problems, improve products, and ensure a seamless experience.

This is a varied role where no two days are the same, you'll combine technical expertise with communication and problem-solving skills to make a real impact.

 * Providing technical support to customers and internal teams across the UK
 * Responding to technical queries and troubleshooting issues
 * Supporting remote commissioning and updates of Optimizer projects
 * Assisting with spare parts enquiries and delivering related training
 * Monitoring technical support systems, calls, and databases
 * Reviewing and analysing warranty claims and enquiries
 * Investigating product issues and identifying solutions
 * Working closely with product teams to share feedback and drive improvements
 * Delivering product training to internal and external stakeholders
 * Supporting field engineers through training planning and coordination
 * Contributing to continuous improvement and ad-hoc projects
