## About the Role

* Strong Linux system administration experience with RHEL, Rocky Linux, CentOS, SLES, and Ubuntu
 * Scripting experience with Python and Bash (C experience is a plus)
 * Infrastructure automation using Ansible and Salt
 * Monitoring and alerting using Nagios, Thruk, Prometheus, and Grafana
 * Experience supporting Splunk dashboards and log analysis
 * Version control using GitBucket or Git
 * Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, and Slurm
 * Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

## Description

EMTAK is hiring multiple Site Reliability Engineers (SREs) / Software Integration Engineers to support a rapidly growing Intelligence Community program.
We are seeking engineers with a strong Linux background to support mission operations infrastructure and software integration. The ideal candidate will have experience with Linux system administration, automation, monitoring, troubleshooting, and improving system reliability in mission-critical environments.
Responsibilities

 * Support mission operations infrastructure and software integration
 * Develop and maintain automation, monitoring, alerting, and resiliency solutions
 * Troubleshoot customer environments, software integrations, and operational issues
 * Perform Linux system administration and operational support
 * Build and maintain monitoring dashboards and system metrics
 * Collaborate with engineering teams to improve system reliability, performance, and operational efficiency
