## About the Role

## Description

We're looking for a sharp, dependable, customer-focused Level 1 IT Support Technician to join our growing team. This is a hybrid position with substantial remote work and occasional onsite visits throughout the Atlanta metro area when hands-on support is needed.

You'll be the first line of support-troubleshooting issues, helping users get back up and running, and making technology a little less frustrating!

What You'll Do

 * Provide remote IT support via phone, email, chat, and remote tools
 * Troubleshoot Windows 11 Pro and common software issues
 * Support Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint
 * Diagnose basic Wi-Fi, VPN, DNS, DHCP, and networking issues
 * Install software and assist with system configurations
 * Occasionally provide onsite support for PCs, printers, peripherals, cabling, and office setups
 * Document solutions and help improve support processes
