You will lead complex, multi-disciplinary technical programs using Agile methodologies to ensure compliant, on-schedule delivery of all mission requirements. You will oversee program execution, guide operations across VTC, SBC/CUBE, and E911 environments, and serve as the senior on-site authority responsible for continuity of services and customer-focused outcomes. This is an on-site position located in either Richmond, VA or Columbus, OH., * Agile Program Leadership & Stakeholder Coordination: Manages large, complex task orders and facilitates communication with Program Manager, KO, COTR, government leadership, and customer stakeholders. Ensures timely, compliant delivery of prioritized requirements through disciplined Agile execution. * Technical Execution & Delivery Management: Oversees roadmap development, backlog prioritization, sprint planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and cross-team coordination. Aligns operational and engineering teams to maintain consistent technical direction. * Cross-Functional Team Oversight & Operational Support: Leads multi-disciplinary teams while retaining the capability to perform subordinate operational roles when needed. Supports Tier 1-2 troubleshooting, SBC/CUBE and E911 operations, and engineering-directed maintenance. * Governance, Compliance & Operational Continuity: Enforces adherence to approved procedures, SOPs, policy standards, and change management controls.
