## About the Role

* 2-10 years of combined technician and/or EE experience
 * Hands-on hardware/electrical troubleshooting
 * Proficiency with oscilloscopes and function generators
 * Schematic reading and interpretation
 * Comfortable working independently with short-notice on-site travel

Nice to have

 * Aerospace experience (not required - automotive, medical devices, surgical robotics, or other safety-critical electronics experience is transferable)
 * Circuit simulation experience, LTSpice preferred
 * Component engineering / obsolescence scrub experience

## Description

* Triage hardware failures and provide remote troubleshooting guidance to floor technicians
 * Review schematics to support root-cause diagnosis and change orders
 * Perform hands-on troubleshooting on-site using oscilloscopes and function generators on failed hardware collected during the remote period
 * Support obsolescence/component engineering scrubs as needed
 * Step in once an initial triage plan is formed to "turn the crank" on active failure events
